Waiver:
In consideration of
accepting my membership, I understand, for myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators, intending to be bound, hereby
waive, release and discharge all those persons connected with
the Desert Cities Track Club, including but not limited to,
members, officers, & the school district from any and all
rights, claims or liabilities for damage or injuries incurred
during participation in connection with the running club.
